This service is for those that need support as they work through their personal healing process.

You will receive:

A one30 minute consult with a custom nutrition protocol prepared specifically for the individual.

Each consultation includes:

• Gathering of your information including, not limited to; diet and eating habits, activity levels, allergies, current medications, current alternative “medicine”, current/past diseases or conditions and more!
• I will take a week (7 days) to research and create your protocol.
  

Once completed: you will be provided with your personal document
