This tea was formulated to help support your brain, which may include cognitive function, brain health, and nervous system. This tea might also promote you a calming and effect and is perfect to enjoy before bed or after dinner to wind down for the day.

Why these herbs? 

• Ginkgo biloba: antioxidant rich, may help reduce inflammation, may improve  circulation and heart health, may reduce symptoms of psychiatric disorders and dementia, may improve brain function and well-being, might reduce anxiety and treat depression.
• Gotu Kola: may assist in the support of brain health, cognitive function, and memory support
• Lemon balm: may assist in the reduction of stress and anxiety, promote sleep, improve appetite, and ease pain and discomfort from indigestion
• Senna leaf: may assist in the treatment of constipation and also to clear the bowel, and inflammation
• Chamomile flowers: may create a calming effect along with digestion aid

Ingredients: (Organic and Wild-crafted)

Ginkgo biloba, Gotu kola, Lemon balm, Senna leaf, and Chamomile flowers.

Instructions:

Prepare your tea by using 1 teaspoon per 8oz of hot water. Enjoy earlier in the evening before bed ideally. Steep for 10 minutes, add your sweetener of choice, and enjoy. Add ice for a iced tea version but add sweetener while it is hot. This tea contains no caffeine and a couple ingredients might have a sedative effect.

Do not consume if you have to drive, it may cause drowsiness. Do not consume if you are allergic or have floral allergies. Do not recommend of you have issues or are prescribed medication for blood clotting.
