Lung Support Tea

Prepare your tea by using 1 teaspoon per 8oz of water. Alternately, enjoy  any time of day up to two times.  Steep for 10 minutes, add your sweetener of choice, and enjoy. Add ice for a iced tea version.

Precautions: Check with your physician if you have a chronic medical condition or take pharmaceutical medications.

Ingredients: Organic and Wildcrafted

Mullein, Ginkgo Biloba, Hibiscus, Nettle Leaf, Slippery Elm, Peppermint, Ginger Root, and Marshmallow Root. 

Precautions:

Do not drink if you are pregnant due to hibiscus and slippery elm. 

If you are epileptic or prone to seizures, avoid Ginkgo Biloba. Marshmallow root may cause a diabetic on medications blood sugar too low. Avoid if you are pregnant or nursing.
