Instructions:

Add a few drops (1-10) into your favorite diffuser and enjoy. You can also carry this oil with you to use as needed on the go. Just unscrew the lid and sniff directly from the container or add to carrier oil to apply to your skin.

Precautions: 

Never consume essential oils and always dilute them with a carrier oil before placing on your skin. Spot testing is recommended also. If allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use and apply cool stream of water, wash with soap and seek medical attention as needed. Keep away from children and do not put in eyes. If it comes into contact with eyes and burning sensation occurs, flush with water and please seek medical attention immediately. Call poison control as needed, the number is 800-222-1222.
