Instructions: 

Enjoy up to 2 tablespoons per day as is or add to your smoothie, herbal tea, or juice! We recommend that you start with 1 tablespoon for a few weeks to get acclimated first due to the high fiber content.

The sea moss can be taken straight out of the jar with a spoon or added to hot water to make sea moss tea.

Add sweetener of choice to taste if you prefer a sweeter taste. I recommend organic agave nectar or liquid stevia.

Please keep refrigerated.

If received via shipment: please remove from box and store in the original airtight glass jar. Refrigerated for 24 hours to allow the gel like consistency to reform and enjoy! You can also freeze fresh sea moss for up to 4 weeks.
