Instructions:
Prepare your tea by using 1 teaspoon per 8oz of water. Alternately, enjoy  any time of day up to two times.  Steep for 10 minutes, add your sweetener of choice, and enjoy. Add ice for a iced tea version.

One serving is 2 capsules per day with or without food.
